The Jeffery Alan Mitchell Medical Foundation (JAMMF) has been officially incorporated in the State of Georgia as a Domestic Nonprofit Corporation (Control Number: 25162399) and is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt charitable organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Launching JAMMF allows us to begin building partnerships, serving shelters, and placing life-saving tools directly into the hands of those who need them most. With our 501(c)(3) approval, we can now apply for grant funding, broaden community support, and accept private donations — all of which will help us expand our reach in Savannah and, over time, across surrounding counties.

Our commitment is clear: to remove barriers to healthcare with compassion, urgency, and dignity — today and for the future.
